Information We Collect
When you use Tools of the Trade™, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, property address, property state, your goal (buying, selling, investing, refinancing), timeline, and any scenario data you enter into our calculators or submit to James Papagno for review.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide calculator results, save and retrieve your scenarios, send scenario summaries to your email, and enable James Papagno to review your scenario and contact you. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to understand calculator usage patterns and improve the platform.
Data Sharing
When you submit a scenario to James Papagno or use the contact form, your information is shared directly with James Papagno for the purpose of reviewing your scenario and contacting you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to save your user profile and saved scenario references on your device. This data is stored locally and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly submit a scenario form.
Data Retention
Saved scenarios are retained on our servers for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting jpapagno@gmail.com.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete saved scenarios directly within the app. For all other requests, contact jpapagno@gmail.com.
